How can I receive and pay my invoices?

There are several ways to receive and pay your invoices:

Option to receive your invoice

by e-mail

With the invoice via e-mail you receive your bill for free via e-mail. Therefore you not only protect the environment but also your wallet. At a glance you can see the outstanding amount and the account information. See all the details of your invoice in the PDF which can be easily saved with just a click.

by e-bill

Do you have a PostFinance account or an account with a Swiss bank? Then you can sign up for e-bill. With e-bill, you will receive all the necessary information for payment and the bill in detail electronically in your e-banking tool. This e-bill is free and environmentally friendly. For more information on e-bill and to register, visit www.e-bill.ch. To set up e-bill: Log in to your e-banking or PostFinance account. Activate the e-bill function. Select Télésonique from the list of providers.

by Post

Do you prefer to receive your invoice by traditional mail? Of course, this is possible but due to the consumption of paper and the postage we have to charge 3 Fr. per invoice.

4 Options to pay your invoice

LSV/Debit Direct

With LSV/Debit Direct your invoice amount is settled direct from your bank account (LSV) or direct from your post account (Debit Direct). You have the right to refuse any charges within 30 days with your bank/post office. This payment method does not incur any charge

e-bill

Do you have a PostFinance account or an account with a Swiss bank? Then you can sign up for e-bill. With e-bill, you will receive all the necessary information for payment and the bill in detail electronically in your e-banking tool. This e-bill is free and environmentally friendly. For more information on e-bill and to register, visit www.e-bill.ch. To set up e-bill:

Log in to your e-banking or PostFinance account. Activate the e-bill function.

Select from the list of providers Telesonique.

e-banking

With e-banking you can pay your Telesonique invoice online at any time. All information you require to pay online (amount, bank account number, our address, reference number) are on the payment slip. This method of payment is easy and does not incur any charge. For more information contact your bank. Please allow up to two business days for payments made by online transfer.

Post office/Bank branch 

This payment method is available if you receive your invoice by mail. In addition, the payment in cash at the post office is chargeable. The fees are charged on your following invoice. For information regarding payments at your bank, please contact your bank. It may be that your bank charges additional costs. The delivery of an invoice by mail is chargeable, per account 3 Fr. If the supplied deposit slip is not used Telesonique reserves the right to charge a service fee for costs incurred. Please allow up to four working days for payments made at postal or bank counter.

If you do not have the bill at hand or have to pay from foreign account your bill, you can make a manual payment to our mentioned bank or post office accounts. IMPORTANT: Please specify in the reason for payment field your phone number or customer number. Since it is a manual payment Telesonique reserves the right to charge a usage based fee.

Have you lost your invoice or deposit slip? No problem, we will send you a copy of your invoice by mail.

Due to the consumption of paper and the postage a fee of 5 Fr. per invoice will be charged.
